Grilled Chicken Breast Recipes

Grilled Chicken Breast Recipes are really popular at backyard BBQ's and these grilled honey mustard chicken breasts are sure to WOW your guests.

If you are looking for a restaurant quality honey mustard sauce, look no further. And it's so simple!

The boneless skinless chicken breasts are marinated a short time in the sauce and then grilled over charcoal. The honey mustard picks up a little of the smoke from the grill and the cooked chicken breasts are tender, juicy and packed with flavor.

Make extra of the sauce - you'll need it for basting, and it works wonders as a sauce on the side. You'll be glad you made extra, it will probably go faster than the chicken!

Grilled Chicken Breast Recipes with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, regular or light
1/2 tablespoon steak sauce

Directions

Whisk together the mustard and mayonnaise. When it is completely blended, add the honey and the steak sauce. Whisk all the ingredients together until they are well incorporated. Reserve a small amount of the sauce for basting.

Dip each chicken breast in the honey mustard sauce, on both sides, and refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 minutes.

While the chicken breasts are marinating, light a charcoal barbecue or a gas grill.

Cook each chicken breast until they are cooked through, with no pink in the center. About 10 minutes before they are done, baste each side with some of the remaining honey mustard sauce.

The chicken can be served hot or at room temperature. If you have made extra honey mustard sauce, serve some along with the chicken breasts.
